You can return unused or defective products up to 30 days from the order date, except for specific brands listed below:
- EKKO: Returns and exchanges are accepted only within seven (7) days of the delivery date. Any transit damage must be reported on the delivery documentation before the freight carrier departs. It is essential to inspect all packages for damages before signing the proof of delivery. If you find any damages, refuse the shipment and immediately notify us via email. Failure to inspect the merchandise upon arrival means that any damages discovered later will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
Cancellation Request
At Lift-N-Up, we pride ourselves in how fast our orders ship out, but for this reason, we cannot guarantee that orders placed on our website will be able to be canceled before the order ships. So, please carefully review your order before submitting to prevent the need for cancellation.
Cancellations (Before Order Ships)
If the cancellation is made before the order is shipped, a 4% cancellation fee will be applied when processing the refund.
Cancellations (After Order Ships)
To cancel an order that has already shipped out, please refuse delivery, and we will issue a refund minus any applicable return shipping fees plus a between 15-25% restocking fee shortly after the return is received back at our warehouse.
Returns and Refunds
Lift-N-Up will not accept unauthorized returns. If you need to return an item, please contact us at info@lift-n-up.com before doing so. If conditions for the product return as stated below are met, we will issue you a return authorization number (RA #) that must be marked on your return package.
To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, or in original condition.
If the return is due to an order being damaged, defective, or incorrect, then we will arrange for a prepaid return at our expense and issue a full refund shortly after the return is received at our warehouse. If the return is due to reasons other than the item being damaged, defective, or incorrect then the customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred plus a 25% restocking fee. Please note that customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred on returned orders that are not damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Lift-N-Up is not responsible for any products lost or damaged during the return shipping. If we do not receive the product, or they arrive damaged from when they left your possession, your return request may be refused.
Defective Items
If a customer receives a defective item, the customer must provide clear and detailed photographic and/or video evidence of the damage or defect. This evidence must also include any relevant images of the packaging if it appears damaged. The provision of this documentation is a condition precedent to the processing of any return, refund, or exchange.
Exchanges
For exchanges, the item must be returned in new, unused condition. The item will be inspected upon receipt. Should the item be found not to be in new condition, the exchange will be denied, and the original purchaser will be held responsible for the item and its placement. The original purchaser is also responsible for all associated freight charges.
Incorrect Items Received
In instances where the customer receives an incorrect item, the customer must provide photographic or video evidence showing the incorrect item alongside the item that was ordered, as well as any relevant order documentation. This information will facilitate the processing of corrections and exchanges. Please note that this does not constitute the return of the item.
Freight Damages
Customers are required to notify Lift-N-Up immediately upon discovering any freight damage. All instances of damage must be noted on the Proof of Delivery (POD) at the time of receipt of the item. Furthermore, customers must provide clear photographic and/or video evidence of the damage or defect, including images of the packaging, if it appears damaged. Failure to comply with these procedures will result in the denial of returns, exchanges, and any requests for parts replacement or parts for repair.
Arrived too late
Customers will be responsible for return shipping cost if the delivery is delayed due to reasons out of our control.
Chargebacks
Our team of agents is here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible, and we believe they are the top in the industry. We are on your team. We are immediately responsive and will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.
Given this, any customer who files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue.
